美国地盾首次展出地坪机器人大脑

在2018年的美国混凝土世界博览会中，美国地盾首次展出地坪机器人大脑，即全新自主导航系统 (ANS, Autonomous Navigation System)。该系统适配于任何混凝土抛光机、研磨机、自动洗地机或抹平机。它的特点在于拥有360度激光测距功能，让机器可以 “看到” 并绘制出一条路径从而完成工作。地坪机器人大脑的这一自主导航系统能够做到在不借用任何外部硬件的情况下知道自己所在的确切位置，这可谓是该领域中的一大突破。

“我们对我们的技术感到非常兴奋，” 地坪机器人大脑的首席执行官Michael Lawrence表示。 “使用了我们系统的承包商反馈说，几乎没有其他系统能像地坪机器人大脑一样，如此轻易地适配现有设备。”

当地坪机器人大脑与设备相连，系统就会生成报告，让承包商记录下机器工作的时间和工作的面积大小。操作界面设计的非常简洁，一个双线LCD，旁边还有两个按钮和一个刻度盘。操作的步骤也很简单，首先要确定是要通过远程控制还是自动模式来操作机器；确定模式后只需1-2分钟的时间对系统进行设置；笔记本电脑上可安装独立软件，这样工作人员就可以看到系统所“看到”的内容。

有了地坪机器人大脑，施工人员再也不用推着机器走来走去了，这些简单重复的工作就可以交给地坪机器人大脑的ANS系统来自主完成，施工人员就可以集中精力做一些其他辅助工作，大大提高了工作效率。

视频开始录制前，工作人员给地坪机器大脑安装了遥控装置和可拆卸前脚轮。

圈出的红色区域就是机器即将工作的区域，，工作人员特意设置了一堵墙作为障碍物。

系统采用了激光和惯性制导，使得机器能够“看到”自己的工作区域并维持在正常的轨道上运行。

它看不到移动的障碍物，但是当它接触到比如施工人员时，它会自动停下来，这是因为工程师给它安装了缓冲感应器。

机器的速度和每分钟的转数可以随时进行更改。

True Autonomy Debuts Innovative Technology at World of Concrete

True Autonomy introduced its new Autonomous Navigation System (ANS) at this year’s World of Concrete.  The system can attach to any concrete polisher or grinder, auto-scrubber or power trowel machine.  It features a 360-degree range-finding laser that allows the machine to ‘see’ and to plot a path to do its work.  True Autonomy’s autonomous system is the only such system to know its exact location without the use of any external hardware.

“We are very excited about our technology,” said Michael Lawrence, True Autonomy’s CEO.  “No one else can so easily adapt to existing equipment – what contractors are already using – and provide such immediate value.”

Once attached, the system generates reports that allows contractors to record when the machine was working and how much area it covered.  The user interface design is very simple and elegant; two buttons and a dial next to a two-line LCD.  After an initial question asking if you want to operate the machine via remote control or autonomously, setting up each job only takes a minute or two.  Separate software can be installed on a laptop to visualize what the system sees.

True Autonomy’s ANS takes care of the monotonous, simple task of moving equipment and allows workers to focus on more difficult, related tasks so that the job finishes sooner.  With True Autonomy, you can do more, faster.
